To start unlocking it, you need to begin completing missions about restoring the corrupted regions of the game. Doing so requires you to upgrade two tools necessary to finish the job. Restoring the world of Lightyear Frontier to its proper place requires you to upgrade both the Vacuum Harvester and Irrigation Hose.
